{"id":11253,"date":"2022-06-09T11:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T03:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11253"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:47","slug":"chicken-flautas-cookwithbella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-flautas-cookwithbella","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Flautas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Flautas Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1 medium onion &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use rotisserie)<br \/>\n1 Anaheim pepper &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n6 mini colorful bell peppers &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n4 cloves of garlic &#8211; minced<br \/>\n1\/2 bunch Cilantro &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n3 green onions &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n1 cup of Mexican shredded cheese blend<br \/>\n2 tbsp sour cream<br \/>\n1 can corn &#8211; drained<br \/>\n2 tbsp. Mexican table crema to drizzle on top<br \/>\n15 flour tortillas<br \/>\nSalt, pepper, chilli powder<br \/>\nTaco seasoning &#8211; I use Mom Cave Goods Taco Fiesta seasoning<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In olive oil saute\u0301 onions, bell peppers, garlic. Season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and Taco seasoning. Add in chicken, corn, sour cream, Mexican cheese, cilantro and green onions. Give it a good mix and turn off the stove.<br \/>\nTo assemble the Flautas, place chicken filling on the tortilla and roll it up tightly and place them on a baking sheet.
