Saute the minced garlic until fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Add the vegetables followed by celery and spring onion.<br \/>\n3. Toss the vermicelli, stir until combined.<br \/>\n4. Give seasonings then turn off the heat.<br \/>\n5. On spring roll sheet, put 1 tbsp of filling, fold like envelope, roll, then seal with a bit water at tip.<br \/>\n6. Fry them until golden brown. Take them out.
