Add the onions &amp; garlic &amp; cook until translucent<br \/>\nNow add the diced mushrooms &amp; sautee until they turn brown. Remove &amp; set aside.<br \/>\nAdd butter until melted. Whisk in the flour &amp; cook for 1 min<br \/>\nadd the broth, cream, cheese, olives &amp; seasonings.<br \/>\nReduce the heat to low &amp; simmer the sauce for 2-3 mins or until it thickens.<br \/>\nFinally, add the onions, garlic, mushrooms &amp; pasta.<br \/>\nAdd pasta water if required. Cook for another minute.<br \/>\nGarnish with parsley &amp; zest.
