{"id":11234,"date":"2022-06-09T08:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T00:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11234"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:53","slug":"bombay-style-tawa-pulao-colourme_aesthetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/bombay-style-tawa-pulao-colourme_aesthetic","title":{"rendered":"Bombay Style Tawa Pulao"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Bombay Style Tawa Pulao Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups basmati rice<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp butter<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n1 medium onion<br \/>\n6-7 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 inch ginger<br \/>\n1 cup tomato puree<br \/>\n3 tsp pav bhaji masala<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 carrot<br \/>\n2 colored peppers<br \/>\nHandful of green beans<br \/>\n150 gms mushroom<br \/>\n200 gms tofu (optional)<br \/>\nHandful coriander leaves<br \/>\nHandful mint leaves<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Cook the rice al dente with a pinch of turmeric for that beautiful golden colour.<br \/>\nIn a large wok (tawa) on medium heat, add 3 tbsp butter, cumin seeds &amp; allow it to splutter.<br \/>\nAdd the onions, garlic-ginger &amp; Sautee until translucent.<br \/>\nNext add the tomato puree &amp; the spices (pav bhaji masala, chili powder, paprika &amp; salt). Sautee for 4-5 mins.<br \/>\nNow add all the veggies &amp; tofu &amp; cook until partially softened.<br \/>\nAdd the cooked rice &amp; stir fry on a medium high flame for 2-3 mins.<br \/>\nFinally, garnish with herbs &amp; lemon juice.
