Cook potato until tender, strain and set aside<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan, stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Add and cook chicken<br \/>\n4. Add potatoes and seasoning ingredients, and bring it to a boil<br \/>\n5. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until the mixture gets thicken, off the heat<br \/>\n6.
