{"id":11230,"date":"2022-06-09T07:26:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T23:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11230"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:56","slug":"chicken-tikka-cooksbyson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-tikka-cooksbyson","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Tikka"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Tikka Ingredients;<\/h2>\n<p>500g chicken breast (cut into cube like chunks)<br \/>\n3 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tbsp salt<br \/>\n4 heaped tbsp yoghurt<br \/>\n3 tbsp garlic and ginger paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp ground tumeric<br \/>\n1 tbsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp Pataks tandoori spice marinade<br \/>\n1 tsp tandoori masala powder<br \/>\nA handful of chopped coriander leaves<br \/>\nA few drops of red food colouring<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a large bowl, mix together all the above ingredients and marinate the chicken in a refrigerator (ideally overnight.)<br \/>\n2. When you&#8217;re ready to cook, you can either fry the chicken in a pan or bake in the oven using a my spike.<br \/>\na. Myspike &#8211; preheat the oven to 200C and feed each chicken piece through the spike. Bake in the oven for around 30-35 mins and baste as you go along.<br \/>\nb. Cook in a pan &#8211; heat a few tbsp oil in a shallow frying pan and add the chicken once the oil is hot. Cook on high heat for around 10mins and reduce flame, ensuring to turn each piece as you go along, this should take another 20 or so minutes.
