{"id":11198,"date":"2022-06-08T10:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T02:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11198"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:58","slug":"soybean-hummus-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/soybean-hummus-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Soybean Hummus"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Soybean Hummus Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 cup dried soybeans<br \/>\n4 cups water<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp tahini<br \/>\n2 tbsp ice water<br \/>\n2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n4 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed, to taste)<br \/>\n1 tsp salt (to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Soak dried soybeans in 3 cups of water overnight.<br \/>\nWhen ready to boil, transfer into a pot (with all the water) &amp; heat on medium high.<br \/>\nCook for 1 hr (add more water if needed) &amp; boil until skins have peeled off, beans are soft &amp; can be crushed between 2 fingers.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, in a food processor or high powered blender, combine lemon juice, garlic &amp; salt, process until garlic is very finely minced &amp; set aside for 15 mins.<br \/>\nAdd tahini &amp; process until mixture is thick &amp; creamy (scraping sides &amp; bottom of machine)<br \/>\nAdd cumin &amp; drained soybeans, drizzle in the olive oil slowly while processing &amp; blend until mixture reaches desired consistency (add more ice water if necessary)<br \/>\nTaste to adjust seasoning &amp; scrape hummus into a serving bowl or plate, top with garnishes of choice, &amp; serve with sides of choice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soybean Hummus Ingredients 1\/2 cup dried soybeans 4 cups water 2 cloves garlic 1\/2 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp tahini 2 tbsp ice water 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed, to taste) 1 tsp salt (to taste) Steps Soak dried soybeans in 3 cups of water overnight.
