{"id":11194,"date":"2022-06-08T09:31:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T01:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11194"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:01","slug":"plant-based-collard-wraps-with-coconut-curry-sauce-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/plant-based-collard-wraps-with-coconut-curry-sauce-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Plant-based Collard Wraps With Coconut Curry Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Plant-based Collard Wraps With Coconut Curry Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2-3 bunches of collard leaves (or about 24 leaves)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons avocado oil<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\nJuice from 1\u20442 fresh lemon<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup fresh cilantro, minced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced<br \/>\n6 fresh mint leaves, minced<br \/>\n1 medium carrot, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n1\u20442 yellow bell pepper, seeded &amp; diced<br \/>\n4 medium radishes, ends removed &amp; minced<br \/>\n1 14.5-ounce can of black beans, drained &amp; rinsed<br \/>\n1 cup of Guju Coconut Curry Indian Sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, minced<br \/>\nOptional: Toothpicks to secure the collard wraps<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Fill a large stock pot halfway full with water. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn off the heat.<br \/>\nCarefully dip each collard leaf in the hot water (be careful) to not burn your fingers. Leave in the hot water for about 5 seconds, remove, and place on a plate lined with a clean dish towel. Repeat until you have cooked each leaf.<br \/>\nCarefully slice the center stems of the collard leaves with a knife, keeping the rest of the leaf intact, and discarding the stems.<br \/>\nAdd the remaining ingredients to a bowl and stir well to combine. This is your collard filling.<br \/>\nPlace a heaping spoonful of the filling in each collard green and carefully roll up the collards until they are holding the filling, securing the wraps with toothpicks.
