Boil with water and salt cook.<br \/>\nWhen it\u2019s soft drain excess water. Make sure to not to over cook.<br \/>\nIn a mixing bowl add Chana daal, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, chopped green chili and cilantro. Add all the spices cumin, coriander, crushed fenugreek leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.<br \/>\nMix everything well and set it aside<br \/>\nIn another bowl take wheat flour and Add water as required and knead smooth and pliable dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes<br \/>\nDivide dough into 8 equal portions. Take one portion, give it a round shape (pera)<br \/>\nTake one pera roll it out into small roti. Place one portion of filling and wrap it by pulling all sides toward top.<br \/>\nroll it out into full roti.<br \/>\nHeat tava place paratha.
