{"id":11146,"date":"2022-06-07T09:59:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T01:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11146"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:10","slug":"mafroukeh-pistachio-truffles-cookwithbella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mafroukeh-pistachio-truffles-cookwithbella","title":{"rendered":"Mafroukeh (Pistachio Truffles)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Mafroukeh (Pistachio Truffles) Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup unsalted pistachios lightly toasted, ground<br \/>\n3\/4 cups sugar, divided<br \/>\n14 cup unsalted butter<br \/>\n12 cup fine semolina<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n2 tsp rose water<\/p>\n<h2>Ashta<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups of milk<br \/>\n2 tbsp of sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp of corn starch<br \/>\n1 tsp of rose water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Prepare the ashta ahead and allow it to cool completely. Using a piping bag pipe 1 tsp sized dallops on parchment paper and freeze.<br \/>\nIn a food processor pulse together the pistachios and 2 tbsp of sugar and set aside.<br \/>\nOn medium high heat, melt the butter and add in the semolina and stir until grains are well coated with butter. Add in the water and the remaining 12 cup 2 tbsp of sugar and stir to combine and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes. Mixture should resemble mashed potatoes.<br \/>\nAdd in the ground pistachios and rose water and stir until well combined and homogenous.
