Boil oats, konjaac rice, and 220g of water until thickened (or microwave for 3 minutes while giving a stir every minute)<br \/>\n2. Mix sesame powder, protein powder, chia seeds with water\/ almond milk (less liquid for thicker oats or more for runnier oats)<br \/>\n*Some said cooking chia seeds will degrade the omega-3 content so I mix them separately<br \/>\n3. Transfer the oatmeal into a bowl and pop them into the fridge for a night<br \/>\n4. The next morning, Get the oat cake out<br \/>\n5. Mix yogurt and milk together<br \/>\n6. Separate 1\/3 out and mix in sesame powder<br \/>\n7. Pour the sesame yogurt first, then add the remaining \u2018pure\u2019 yogurt on top<br \/>\n8.
