{"id":10936,"date":"2022-06-05T11:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-05T03:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10936"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:20","slug":"cherry-tomato-shakshuka-with-seared-swordfish-anexplorerskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cherry-tomato-shakshuka-with-seared-swordfish-anexplorerskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Cherry Tomato Shakshuka With Seared Swordfish"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cherry Tomato Shakshuka With Seared Swordfish Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 Swordfish filets<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n6 cups cherry tomatoes, halved<br \/>\n(or 28 oz can tomatoes)<br \/>\nolive oil<br \/>\n1 onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 green or red peppers, chopped<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n3 cups fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen, drained<br \/>\n1 tsp smoked paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp coriander<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp crushed red pepper<br \/>\n2 cups water<br \/>\n2 Tbs tomato paste<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\nfresh pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon pepper<br \/>\n4 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1 Tbs fresh mint, chopped (optional)<br \/>\nfeta cheese, crumbled<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat 3 Tbs oil in large fry pan. Saute\u0301 onions 2 minutes. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander and 1 1\u20442 tsp salt and saute\u0301 1 minute.<br \/>\n2. Pour in tomatoes, peppers &amp; crushed red pepper. If using fresh tomatoes, add 2 cups water, if using canned use 1 cup water. Add spinach and simmer 25 minutes.<br \/>\n3. While sauce is simmering, pat dry swordfish. Sprinkle the swordfish with salt 1 tsp lemon pepper. Heat 2 Tbs olive oil in fry pan, sear swordfish 2 minutes , flip &amp; sear other side. Remove fish from heat.<br \/>\n4. Lay fish in the finished tomato sauce. Make 4 little holes in the sauce with a spoon &amp; crack an egg in each space. Simmer until the whites of eggs are cooked &amp; eggs still runny. Adjust seasoning with salt &amp; pepper.<br \/>\n5. Sprinkle with feta cheese &amp; parsley. Fresh mint is also nice.
