In a bowl, mix ap flour, baking powder, and salt. Shifted, save aside.<br \/>\n2. In another bowl, using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar until thick and fluffy.<br \/>\n3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.<br \/>\n4. Add the flour mixture in thirds alternating with the buttermilk, mixing to incorporate with each addition.<br \/>\n5. Prepare the tin with cupcake cups each holes, then scoop the batter into 3\/4 of the cup (not full).<br \/>\n6. Bake them in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes or the toothpick comes clean (poke the cupcake using a toothpick).<br \/>\n7. Take them out. Chill them before frosting.
