{"id":10913,"date":"2022-06-05T07:44:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-04T23:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10913"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:26","slug":"sugar-free-garlic-cauliflower-sugar-free-mom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sugar-free-garlic-cauliflower-sugar-free-mom","title":{"rendered":"Sugar Free Garlic Cauliflower"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sugar Free Garlic Cauliflower Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>900g cauliflower 1 small\/medium head<br \/>\n100 g onion 1 small onion, 1\u20442 a large onion.<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup flour<br \/>\n2 Tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n3 Tablespoon grated parmesan<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon parsley<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Roughly chop the cauliflower and onion, blitz in a food processor until &#8216;riced&#8217;.<br \/>\nTransfer the riced onion and cauliflower to a microwave proof bowl, cover with cling film and microwave on high power for 3 mins.
