{"id":10817,"date":"2022-06-03T09:23:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-03T01:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10817"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:43","slug":"fruit-and-nut-granola-snack-bites-sugar-free-mom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fruit-and-nut-granola-snack-bites-sugar-free-mom","title":{"rendered":"Fruit And Nut Granola Snack Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fruit And Nut Granola Snack Bites ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Almonds: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nCashews: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nPecans: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nWalnuts: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nPumpkin seeds: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nChia seeds: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nSesame seeds: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nRaisins: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nCranberry and sultanas mix: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nDates: 8-10<br \/>\nOats: 2 cup<br \/>\nCoconut oil: 2 tbsp<br \/>\nMaple syrup: 3-4 tbsp<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>Step 1:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1.Preheat the oven at 170C.<br \/>\n2.Chop the nuts and toast them along with the seeds in a pan on a medium flame for 5 minutes and transfer them into a large bowl.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Step 2:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nToast the oats in the same pan for about 2-3 minutes and then transfer the oats into the same bowl.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Step 3:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nChop the dates and add them into the same bowl.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIn the same pan, add the coconut oil and maple syrup, heat until they melt and blend together. It just takes a couple of minutes. Add the oil and syrup mix into the large bowl. Mix everything together.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Step 5:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nTake a baking tray, line it with foil or baking paper. Transfer the contents of the large bowl into the tray and flatten the mix with the back of a spoon\/cup. Press it firmly or it will crack and wont hold shape once its cooked in the oven.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Step 6:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPlace the tray in the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool completely for an hour and then cut them into desired shapes, squares or rectangles as snack bars\/ bites. They taste so much better than the store-bought snack bars.
