{"id":10803,"date":"2022-06-03T07:03:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T23:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10803"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:46","slug":"black-bean-chili-sugar-free-mom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/black-bean-chili-sugar-free-mom","title":{"rendered":"Black Bean Chili"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Black Bean Chili Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 medium yellow onion<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1\u20443 cup dry quinoa<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n3 15-ounce cans black beans, drained (not rinsed)<br \/>\n2 28-ounce cans diced tomatoes, fire roasted if possible<br \/>\n4 tablespoons salted butter (replace with 2 tablespoons olive oil or refined coconut oil for vegan)<br \/>\n1 15-ounce can corn (or 1 1\u20442 cups frozen corn)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon yellow mustard<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup ketchup<br \/>\n2 tablespoons each chili powder and dried oregano<br \/>\n1 tablespoon each garlic powder and cumin<br \/>\n1 1\u20442 teaspoons kosher salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Dice the onion. Mince the garlic.<br \/>\nIn a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and saute\u0301 for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender.<br \/>\nAdd all other ingredients except for the smoked paprika.<br \/>\nSimmer for 25 minutes, then stir in the smoked paprika.<br \/>\nServe immediately with toppings of your choice.<br \/>\nStore leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days, or frozen for 3 months.<br \/>\n<strong>Campfire chili instructions:<\/strong> Follow the instructions above, but remove the smoked paprika (the fire will add smoky flavor). If you\u2019re taking it camping, prep the minced onion and garlic and place in a sealed container. Place the ingredients from water through kosher salt in another large sealed container (keep out the dry quinoa and add when cooking).
