Mix and Set aside.<br \/>\nSlice the bread into thick slices.<br \/>\nAdd Mayo in corn. Mix all the spices along with cilantro and chopped garlic. Mix well and keep aside.<br \/>\nSpread spiced butter on the bread and place corn mixture in the middle Along with cheese.<br \/>\nIn a large pan, skillet or griddle set over medium heat, cook the sandwiches butter side down. I like covering the pan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt faster.
