Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\nToss grapes with oil, vinegar, honey, thyme and salt.<br \/>\nRoast 20 minutes, tossing once.<br \/>\nRemove from oven, cool a little.<br \/>\nPlace burratta on your serving plate and pour the grapes and the amazing liquid they let loose around the burrata.<br \/>\nTop with lemon zest and freshly ground pepper.<br \/>\nServe with crusty bread.
