{"id":10725,"date":"2022-06-01T09:15:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T01:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10725"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:46:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:46:59","slug":"onion-pakoda-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/onion-pakoda-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Onion Pakoda"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Onion Pakoda Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 medium onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 green chilies, chopped<br \/>\n3-4 stem Curry leaves<br \/>\n1 cup chickpea flour<br \/>\n1\/2 cup rice flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp grated garlic<br \/>\n2 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger powder<br \/>\n1\/2 turmeric powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1.5 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp msg (optional)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup 2 tbsp Ice Water<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Dipping Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>100 ml Yougurt<br \/>\n3 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce (optional)<br \/>\n5-6 Mint leaves<br \/>\n1 tbsp Lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Pakoda: Combine all the ingredients except water and oil. toss well, make sure onion coated evenly with the flour<br \/>\n2. Add water, mix well<br \/>\n3. Heat oil in a medium deep pan, form mixture into small balls and fry them into the hot oil over medium heat<br \/>\n4. Fry them in batches until golden brown and crispy, (do not over crowd the pan)<br \/>\n5. Drain pakoda onto a wire rack<br \/>\n6. Dipping sauce: Blend all the dipping sauce ingredients and transfer into a sauce bowl<br \/>\n7.
