Defrost frozen sweetcorn then boil in water, drain the tuna.<br \/>\n2\/ Whisk together the flour, egg and milk until there are no lumps. Mix in all the other ingredients.<br \/>\n3\/ Put a large frying pan over a medium high heat and heat add enough oil so that there is a layer across the pan. When the oil is hot (you can check this by dropping in a tiny bit of mixture \u2013 if it sizzles, it\u2019s ready) Spoon the mixture into the pan in 4 roughly equal amounts.
