{"id":10636,"date":"2022-05-29T13:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-29T05:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10636"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:47:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:47:13","slug":"chicken-tandoori-pies-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-tandoori-pies-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Tandoori Pies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Tandoori Pies Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Makes about 8 mini pies.<br \/>\nMarinate 450g boneless chicken cut into small cubes with:<br \/>\n1 tablespoon tandoori spice @trupti.africa<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n2 tablespoons tomato paste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garam masala<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nRed chilli powder to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Fry with 2 tablespoons oil until done but still moist.<br \/>\nSwitch the heat off and while hot add:<br \/>\n2 tablespoons garlic sauce @steers.sa<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce @maggisouthafrica<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nAdd a hot coal on top of a foil into the mixture. Pour few drops of oil over the coal and allow to smoke.<br \/>\nCover immediately and allow the mixture to absorb the smoke for about a minute.<br \/>\nRemove the coal and foil. Discard.<br \/>\nAllow the mixture to cool completely and fill into the puff pastry.<br \/>\nI used 400g of the cheese and herb puff pasty by Today&#8217;s. You can use the plain version too.<br \/>\nEgg wash the inside of the pastry and close to seal.<br \/>\nEggwash the outer part of the pie too.<br \/>\nSprinkle with sesame seeds.<br \/>\nI used coloured ones.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 180c until done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chicken Tandoori Pies Ingredients Makes about 8 mini pies.
