Squeeze all the water out.<br \/>\nadd the mince meat with the paste and all the spices in the food processor. Pulse everything together. Let the mince rest in the fridge for half an hour.<br \/>\nCut the block of mozzarella into 10 thin rectangles that are about an inch wide and 3 inches long.<br \/>\nRemove the mince from the fridge. Grab about a fist full of mince and spread it on the palm.
