Boil oats with 250g of water until thickened (or microwave for 3 minutes while giving a stir every minute)<br \/>\n2. Mix lemon juice, protein powder, chia seeds, sweetener with water\/ almond milk (less liquid for thicker oats or more for runnier oats)<br \/>\n*Some said cooking chia seeds will degrade the omega-3 content so I mix them separately<br \/>\n3. Transfer the oatmeal into a bowl<br \/>\n4. Mix sweetener, lemon juice and zest with yogurt and place on top of the oatmeal<br \/>\n5. Pop them into the fridge for a night<br \/>\n6. The next morning, Get the oat cake out<br \/>\n7.
