{"id":10137,"date":"2022-05-25T07:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T23:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10137"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:48:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:48:10","slug":"roasted-red-pepper-chicken-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/roasted-red-pepper-chicken-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Roasted Red Pepper Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 chicken breasts<br \/>\n2 roasted red peppers (I used jarred ones but you can definitely roast them in the oven too)<br \/>\n1 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 garlic clove<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure the chicken breasts are thinly sliced and sprinkle them with salt, pepper and oregano.<br \/>\nHeat some olive oil on medium heat and brown the chicken for a few minutes on each side, making sure they\u2019re cooked through.<br \/>\nOnce done, remove to a separate plate and cover with foil.<br \/>\nIn the meantime, place the red pepper sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.<br \/>\nTaste to adjust any of the seasoning.<br \/>\nAdd the sauce to the pan and let simmer for a few minutes before adding the chicken and tossing to cover with sauce.<br \/>\nServe warm with a squeeze of lemon.
