Leave goats cheese at room temperature for 1 hour.<br \/>\n2. In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese with the lemon juice and zest, the grated garlic and all of the fresh herbs, shredded flowers, salt and pepper.<br \/>\n2. Form into a log in your hands and place on a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment.<br \/>\n3. Decorate with the flowers and herbs.<br \/>\n4. Flip over onto a second piece of plastic, decorate the other side.<br \/>\n5. Roll up the decorated log of cheese and form into a uniform shape. Sometimes we make a disc instead of a log. Smooth out the shape with your fingers.<br \/>\n6. Refrigerate 1 hour.<br \/>\n7.
