Take all ingredients in a bowl and knead with warm water and milk mixture. Dough should be soft.<br \/>\n2. Leave it to rise for atleast two to three hour.<br \/>\n3. Make balls and leave them for an hour to rest too.<br \/>\n4. Now make taftan (flat bread)<br \/>\n5. Brush up with the egg and milk mixture and sprinkle some nigella seeds\/poppyseeds\/ sesame seeds<br \/>\n6. bake it in preheated oven at highest temperature for 12 to 15 min or till golden.<br \/>\n7.
