{"id":10102,"date":"2022-05-24T09:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T01:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10102"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:48:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:48:19","slug":"shahi-chicken-qorma-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shahi-chicken-qorma-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Shahi Chicken Qorma"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Shahi Chicken Qorma Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/3 cup clarified butter (ghee)<br \/>\n1 cup brown onion (fried onion)<br \/>\n1 chicken cut into 12 pieces.<br \/>\n2 bay leaves<br \/>\n1 tsp whole black peppercorns<br \/>\n8-10 green cardamom pods<br \/>\n5 whole cloves<br \/>\n1 1-inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ginger paste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon garlic paste<br \/>\n1 cup yogurt<br \/>\n1 tablespoon coriander powder<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tsp red chili powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika powder<br \/>\n1 tsp salt or to taste<br \/>\n1 black cardamom<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp kewra essence<br \/>\n1\/4 cup blanched almonds<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a large pan over high heat. add ghee and chicken and cook until the color change slightly.<br \/>\nNow add the whole spices ( black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaves) with garlic, and ginger paste. Cook until ginger garlic is fragrant.<br \/>\nAdd all the ground spices with yogurt and fried onion. Mix well<br \/>\nLower the heat to medium-low, cover, and allow it to cook for 15 &#8211; 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add 1\/2 cup water if needed.<br \/>\nOnce it\u2019s tender add blanched almonds and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. The oil will have risen to the top.
