Preheat your oven to 350.<br \/>\n2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.<br \/>\n3. Add your egg vanilla and beat until mixed in.<br \/>\n4. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.<br \/>\n5. On a parchment lined pan, use a cookie scoop to scoop your dough onto the pan. Leave a few inches between each cookie. Top with more mini eggs and bake for 9-10 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 5 minutes. The cookies will continue to harden up while cooling.
