{"id":10049,"date":"2022-05-22T08:32:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-22T00:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10049"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:48:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:48:37","slug":"kofta-curry-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kofta-curry-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Kofta Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Kofta Curry Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For koftas (meatballs):<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n500 gram Mince beef<br \/>\n1 Onion<br \/>\n1 tsp Red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp Coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Garam masala powder<br \/>\n1 Tbsp roasted black chickPea 1 tbsp rice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Khashkhash (poppy seeds)<br \/>\n1 tsp Salt<br \/>\n4-5 garlic cloves<br \/>\n2-3 green chilies<\/p>\n<h2>For Gravy<\/h2>\n<p>1\/3 cup clarified butter<br \/>\n1 medium onion chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n4-5 tomato pure\u0301e<br \/>\n1 tbsp chili powder<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\nSalt according to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Grind the dry spices from kofta ingredients list into fine powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse it into a smooth mixture.<br \/>\nMake small balls after using oil on the hands.<br \/>\nKeep it aside<br \/>\nIn another pot heat clarified butter and add onion. Let the onion get golden brown and then add garlic ginger paste. Saute\u0301 for 2 minutes until raw smell is gone.<br \/>\nPure\u0301e tomatoes and add that in the pan.<br \/>\nAdd all the spices that are listed in gravy ingredients.<br \/>\nCook on low heat until the oil separates.<br \/>\nAdd 3 glass of water and let it boil.
