{"id":10014,"date":"2022-05-21T09:40:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-21T01:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=10014"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:48:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:48:45","slug":"lachha-paratha-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lachha-paratha-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Lachha Paratha"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lachha Paratha Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 cups flour<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 tablespoon ghee<br \/>\n1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\n1 1\u20444 cup warm water<br \/>\n1\/3 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a bowl, add in flour, salt, egg, ghee, condensed milk and water.<br \/>\nMix to incorporate and knead for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nLeave to rest for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nDivide the dough into 10 small balls.<br \/>\nCoat each ball generously with unsalted butter and place them in a container that has been generously buttered.<br \/>\nCover the container tightly with cling film and keep in the fridge for few hours<br \/>\n<strong>Shaping :<\/strong><br \/>\nSpread some oil on the working surface.<br \/>\nTake one ball and lightly flatten it. P<br \/>\nress and push the dough with the heel of your palm to make it bigger.<br \/>\nScrape and push the upper end of the dough to the middle.<br \/>\nDo the same to the lower end, forming a wrinkle thin log.<br \/>\nStarting at one end of the log, roll it into a circle and tuck the other end inside.<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking :<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce ready to cook, take one rolled circle and flatten it into roti.<br \/>\nPlace the flatten dough on the pan. Cook for several minutes and then flip.<br \/>\nContinue cooking for some minutes more.<br \/>\nRemove the cooked paratha and place it on a working surface.<br \/>\nImmediately yet carefully grab it using both of your hands and squeeze it to the center.<br \/>\nServe it with hot cup of tea.
