Watch Video Ingredients For The Base 250g of butter at room temperature1/2 cup of icing sugar1 egg1.5 cups of plain flour1/4 cup of dried cranberries Ingredients For The Chocolate Ganache 400g of milk chocolate1/4 cup milk4 tbsp of Cranberry Sauce1/2 cup icing sugar1/2 cup dried cranberries3 eggs Method 1. Whisk the sugar and butter together before adding the egg2. Sift flour into the wet mixture and add 1/4 cup of dried cranberries3. Form mixture into a dough and let it chill in the freezer for 30 minutes4. Roll out the dough and cover a baking dish with it5. Once in the baking dish, pierce the dough with a fork6. Bake the base in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes before setting it aside7. Add milk to the chocolate and melt in the microwave until silky8. Add Cranberry Sauce, icing sugar and dried cranberries to the chocolate ganache9. Mix well and add in the eggs10. Pour the chocolate ganache mixture on top of the tart base and bake in the oven at 180C for around 30 minutes or until set11. Once cool, add fresh strawberries and more dried cranberries on top12.
